Retention Schedule of Personal Data

The Company will only collect personal data that is necessary and will retain it only for as long as required by law or legitimate business purposes.

Definitions

• Client Contact – Any individual employed by, or working in any capacity for, a Client.
  

• Candidate Contact – Any individual who registers with Search Consultancy Limited to obtain permanent, fixed-term, or temporary work.
  

• Meaningful Contact – Any direct communication that results in a response (automated replies do not qualify).
  

• Placement – Any permanent or fixed-term employment or temporary work assignment.
